Le Sueur County commissioners on June 23 approved an interim law-enforcement services agreement between the Le Sueur County Sheriff's Office and the City of Cleveland covering the period through Aug. 18, 2026 at a total cost of $14,400 for two months.
Sheriff Mason presented the agreement; Commissioner Steve Rohlfing moved to approve and Commissioner David Preisler seconded. The motion carried unanimously. The minutes record the contract as an interim arrangement rather than a long-term intergovernmental agreement.
