Public Health Director Lauren Bolton said Deer Lodge County joined a cohort about two years ago to pursue accreditation and needs the time and funds to complete deliverables. "The amendment provides a three-month extension to complete the project and includes an additional $7,500.00 in funding to support completion of the remaining work," Bolton told commissioners. She said the expected completion date is in November.
Commissioners placed the amendment on the agenda for formal approval.
