Trustee Letzter moved, seconded by Trustee Mike Gajewski, to convene into closed session under Section 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss probable or imminent litigation. The Board adjourned into closed session at 7:25 p.m. and reconvened at 8:16 p.m. with the original roll call present. The minutes record no public action or vote arising directly from the closed session discussion.
After reconvening, President McMahon tabled further discussion of the wastewater treatment plant. Building and Zoning Officer Bob Walczak provided an impact fee proposal for consideration and sought direction on proposed uses for 2214 Main Street — two developers expressed interest, one for a wedding venue and one for a not-for-profit farm foundation; board members said neither use fit the property and location. Attorney Scott Puma advised that a Williams Oaks Subdivision lot-sale request could not be granted relief from the zoning process because the plat act requires review and approval.
