Mayor TJ Callahan reconvened the board at 7:06 p.m. and Village Clerk Casey Hartley administered oaths to newly elected officials for the 2025–2029 terms. The board recorded the swearing-in of TJ Callahan as mayor, and Trustees Ward Wood, Terrah Bevolo and Terry Chester. Tammy Adams was sworn to fill a two-year unexpired trustee term (2025–2027).
The trustees unanimously approved Resolution No. 25-05 appointing Bob Coles as Chief of Police and Village Administrator and Casey Hartley as Village Clerk for four-year terms (motion by Terry Chester; second Greg Adams; roll call 6-0). Mayor Callahan then swore in Coles and Hartley to those positions. The action establishes Coles in dual roles as both the village’s police chief and its administrator.
