Stark County Elementary Principal Emily Mastin reported that enrollment has remained consistent and that the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) and Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) testing windows began after a short weather delay.
Mastin said staff emphasized consistent attendance during testing, participated in a BIST consultation to adjust student success plans and coordinated family events, including a "Luau for Learning" auction on March 21 to support Project Playground. She also noted two students, Luke Down and Rennon Morrissey Copeland, were selected to receive the Illinois Principals Association Student Leadership Award on April 10.
