Superintendent Nathan Libbon told the board the gym addition is painted and the wood flooring has arrived but needs about two weeks to acclimate before installation. He said the occupancy date for the addition is set for around Nov. 18.
Libbon added that the district's heat pumps are being balanced after an extended period of continuous operation and a technician will be onsite to adjust them. He also reported the playground work was completed and that the board had approved $2,400 but the final cost was $2,600 after additional timbers were replaced; the board discussed a drainage plan to direct water toward the pond from the shop and accessible parking areas.
