The board approved the CLEC lease on a motion by Jennifer Penzenstadler and approved the arena contract on a motion by Jeff Lindeman; both motions passed with no opposition. The board also approved Brian Dietz as IOwA and Michelle Kleist as IOwA proxy.
Cory Becker presented CLEM MOUs, including a Preschool MOU and a Mentoring MOU; the board approved both MOUs as presented. The board also appointed Cory Becker as the district’s Data Privacy Officer on a motion by Sarah Aadland, seconded by Josh Soderlund.
