During the consent agenda the board accepted a set of personnel resignations and approved a slate of appointments and temporary hires recommended by the superintendent. The rescinded and appointed positions were handled as routine consent items and each motion was seconded and carried on aye votes.
Among the resignations approved were: cafeteria monitor Patty Dallas (effective 01/31/2025), labor employee Dan Woz (effective 02/14/2025), cleaner Nicholas Parazon (effective 01/31/2025), teacher aide Natalie Eggleston (effective 02/21/2025), and Colin Speranza (effective 02/12/2025). The board also approved permanent appointments after probation: Laura Usman (cafeteria monitor), Tina Selts (teacher aide), Jessica Turley McDonough (teacher aide) and Billy Beck (senior clerk typist), along with temporary and probationary hires including Mary Lynn McHugh as a temporary psychologist and Antoinette Backert in the school psychologist tenure area. The motions were made on superintendent recommendation and carried without recorded opposition.
