Motion to adopt the resolution was made by Becky Roby and seconded by Nikki Johnson.
The minutes record a roll call vote: "Roby, yes; Johnson, yes; Moos, yes; Sprandel, yes; Solberg, yes; Gross, yes; Halverson, yes." The minutes state, "Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted." The board did not record any dissent or conditions attached to acceptance of the gifts.
