Board adopts substantive updates to six district policies
Summary
On April 20 the board adopted revisions to policies covering student attendance, pupil records privacy, immunization requirements, testing accommodations, budget adoption and uniform grant guidance (policies 503, 515, 530, 615, 701 and 721).
During its April 20 meeting the Centennial Public School District No. 12 School Board completed second readings and adopted substantive updates to six policies: 503 (Student Attendance), 515 (Protection and Privacy of Pupil Records), 530 (Immunization Requirements), 615 (Testing Accommodations, Modifications, and Exemptions), 701 (Establishment and Adoption of School District Budget) and 721 (Uniform Grant Guidance Policy Regarding Federal Revenue Sources). The motion to adopt the revised policies was made by Johnson and seconded by Schwinn and carried with a 6-0-0 vote.
The changes were presented as second readings with packet materials providing the substantive edits; the board recorded the unanimous votes and adopted the policies as updated.
