Chair Knisely and Executive Director Chaffey led a work-study briefing on the Centennial ISD 12 Long Range Plan at the April 6 meeting.
Consultant Peter Leatherman presented the results of the 2026 residential survey that informed concept revisions to the district plan. Executive Director Chaffey summarized the proposed changes and told the board that more detailed plans will be shared at the April 20 board meeting. Chaffey said the board will be asked to approve the Long Range Plan at the May 18 board meeting and that a draft Nexus Centennial contract will be shared at the May meeting.
The board did not take formal action at the work-study session; Chaffey framed the April 20 meeting as the next opportunity for detailed review and public comment and the May 18 meeting as the planned approval date.
