Kevin Gross moved adoption of the gifts resolution; Becky Roby seconded and a roll call vote recorded seven 'yes' votes. Earlier in the meeting Nikki Johnson presented the treasurer's report; Mark Solberg moved approval subject to audit and Brette Halverson seconded; that motion carried unanimously.
