Design Review Board approves minutes and four consent items

The Saratoga Design Review Board approved the minutes from its Sept. 11, 2024 meeting and four consent-agenda applications during its Sept. 25 session.
Chair said the consent items — 34 Marion (Verizon utility pole), 35 Henry Street (building sign), 30 Lake (Omakase Sushi sign), and 569 North Broadway (front porch and window historic-review extension) — were eligible for approval without individual discussion and moved to approve. The board seconded the motion and voted to approve all four items as submitted.
The board noted that applicants representing any of those applications in the audience were free to leave after the approvals. The approvals were recorded on the meeting motion sheet and the board moved on to the regular agenda.
