Principals report new WIN intervention, digital progress reports and early assessments

Elementary Principal Joanna Fullingim reported: "Implemented WIN (What I need) a new intervention enrichment. Transitioning to digital progress reports. Preparing for upcoming Grandparent breakfast." Middle School representative Ollie Hart said PLC team meetings and the first round of assessments are underway, and High School representative Tate Albright reported that the cell‑phone policy is going well and digital progress reports have been sent.
The board received these staff reports as informational items; no board action was taken. Staff did not provide the districtwide assessment results or enrollment totals during the verbal report — those items appeared as agenda line items in the meeting packet (VI.A.I and VI.F.I) but were not read aloud in detail during the public session.
