Heritage Pines CDD adopts 2025/26 meeting schedule and approves updated mutual aid agreement

At its April 15 meeting the Heritage Pines CDD Board adopted Resolution 2025-04 designating dates, times and locations for regular Board meetings for fiscal year 2025/2026.
The Board also adopted Resolution 2025-05 approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement. District Manager Chuck Adams said the update reflects changes to the statewide framework and noted that "the CDD is more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid." Both resolutions were adopted unanimously (motions by Stephen Putman and Michael Walsh on the schedule item; Michael Walsh and Carol Vaughan on the mutual aid item).
