The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025-03 approving a proposed operations and maintenance budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 and scheduled a public hearing on the budget for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
District Manager Chuck Adams told the Board that "the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget is similar to the Fiscal Year 2025 budget." He reviewed increases, decreases and adjustments and said the net effect is a reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations year-over-year and that the O&M assessment is projected to decrease by $2.88 per unit. The Board approved the resolution on a motion by Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Carol Vaughan, with all in favor.
The hearing will be held in the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room. The adoption on April 15 was procedural: the Board approved the proposed budget and set transmittal, posting and publication requirements as required by Florida law. Members seeking copies of the proposed budget or supporting materials were directed to the District Manager.
