Committee recommends rezoning to allow one manufactured home on Del Prairie lot

When asked to speak, the applicant's husband identified himself: "That's my wife. I'm Jacob King. He uses Charity King," he said, and described plans to place a new 16 by 80 unit on the lot. With no public opposition, the committee moved to approve and the planner said the recommendation must go before the full county board on Aug. 18 at 6 p.m.
