Yaniglos said revenues were about $800,000 over forecast largely because of a payment from the county auditor related to reappraisals and strong interest income; he also noted the district has submitted catastrophic cost reimbursement requests, estimating around $400,000 though the final state allocation remains uncertain. The student fees motion was approved unanimously.
The treasurer also presented a detailed check register and bank reconciliation included in the packet that shows multiple vendor payments and account balances across district funds; the board accepted the treasurer’s reports as part of the evening’s business.
