Heritage Pines board elects Lonergan chair, confirms slate of officers

The Resolution removes Janice Benedetti as Assistant Secretary. "On MOTION by Mr. Walsh and seconded by Ms. Vaughan, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-01 ... was adopted," the record shows.
Why it matters: officer assignments determine who signs official documents and represents the CDD in administrative functions. The action was carried unanimously by the five supervisors present: Lonergan, Vaughan, Rhodes, Walsh and Putman. No dissent or abstentions were recorded.
