Brian Koss, the district’s Safety and Facilities Coordinator, told the Board the project includes tree removal for a new roundabout, a one-way driveway to improve traffic flow and a dedicated walking/bike path to protect students. The district expects construction to start in March and be complete by the first day of school; Koss noted the project will disrupt the cross-country course while work proceeds. The Board’s action accepts the contractor’s bid and authorizes contract execution and related construction administration.
