The presentation noted components such as teacher residency programs and redesigned school-calendar pilots at select campuses.
Board members acknowledged the grants as opportunities to accelerate instructional improvement but asked staff to return with implementation details, campus selections for calendar pilots, and how grant funds will be used alongside existing budgets and staff capacity.
