At the March 12 meeting the board approved a broad consent agenda that included approval of previous meeting minutes; purchases greater than $100,000; awarded bids; personnel recommendations covering hires, retirements, resignations and terminations; policy revisions; instructional materials allotment TEKS certification; and approval of a settlement offer for acquisition of a right-of-way easement by the City of Arlington. The consent agenda passed with a recorded 7–0 vote.
The minutes list the consent items collectively and do not provide individual discussion transcripts for each item. Trustees moved and seconded the consent motion and voted unanimously to approve the package.
