The board additionally approved a set of smaller disbursements across restricted accounts: Visitor Center reimbursements for utility bills, a $186.50 payment from the Veterans’ Transportation account for July copays for veterans over 65, Title III allocations, and 911-account charges such as $125.00 for conference registration. All motions to approve payments were moved and seconded by board members and carried unanimously.
