CDD approves template grant of drainage easement from PSGRC to RRCDD
Summary
District counsel presented a template grant of drainage easement from PSGRC to RRCDD and the Board approved using a blanket form with a specific sketch and legal description to be attached for each instance; two additional drainage easements are in preparation.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a Proposed Grant of Easement for drainage from the PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD and said the template can be reused as long as each agenda submission includes a specific sketch and legal description. Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs reported they are comfortable with the approach and requested a blanket drainage easement template be used as a procedural matter.
The Board approved the use of the Proposed Grant of Easement template and Mr. Krebs noted he is drafting two additional drainage easements for Seaside II and the golf course area to forward to counsel for review. Resident Mike Rainstin observed that work on the 'Phase I and Phase II Drainage Improvements for Seaside & Masters' has not yet commenced; staff said work would begin after the area dries and updates would be provided to the Board.
