Commissioner Patrick Kline moved to direct the County Treasurer to issue checks from the Opioid Account: $1,350.00 to Seven Mountains Media (Invoice #25080056), $1,400.00 to Titusville Area Hospital for September 2025 rent, $33,314.25 to Family Services of Warren County for recovery support costs and $640.00 to Mark Woodside for electrical work at the Opioid Center. Commissioner Robert Snyder seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
The motion records payees by name and amount; the minutes do not provide additional documentation beyond invoice reference and purpose (rent, recovery support, electrical work). Execution of payments is assigned to the County Treasurer under routine payment authority.
