River Ridge supervisors swear in three members and adopt officer slate

The River Ridge CDD administered oaths to three newly elected supervisors and adopted Resolution 2025‑02 electing Bob Schultz as chair and other officers at its Nov. 19 meeting.
Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, administered the oath of office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5) at the River Ridge Community Development District regular meeting on Nov. 19, 2024. The board then considered and adopted Resolution 2025‑02 to elect district officers.
Mr. Mountford nominated the officer slate: Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair, with Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill named assistant secretaries. On motion by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, "Resolution 2025‑02, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted" with all in favor. The board also confirmed prior appointments, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as treasurer.
