Board President Kelly Wooldridge called the Archer City ISD Board of Trustees meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. on May 19, and the trustees moved quickly to formalize leadership for the coming term. "Tommy Keeter moved to approve Kelly Wooldridge as board president. Jacie Ferguson seconded the motion and all voted in favor," the minutes state.
Trustees then approved Beau Reneau as vice‑president and Josh Winter as secretary in separate motions; each appointment passed by unanimous roll call with seven yes votes recorded. The new and returning officers were sworn in earlier in the meeting by notary Bridget Wylie. No debate or amendments were recorded for the officer elections.
