Visitor says MEDC tour produced resources and list of vacant buildings for Gladwin

During public comment at the Feb. 11 Gladwin DDA meeting, Dusty Welsh told the board it was “nice to be here” and said the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) visited on Monday for a tour that produced new resources and a list of vacant buildings that could be put to use.
Welsh said the MEDC visit provided "answers and resources" and that the city acquired "a list of vacant buildings that have potential to be utilized." The board acknowledged the comment; no formal action was taken during the meeting.
