Gladwin DDA approves October minutes and three warrant batches

The Gladwin Downtown Development Authority approved its Oct. 15, 2025 minutes and three batches of warrants during a regular meeting on Nov. 12 at Gladwin City Hall.
Cristy Gutierrez moved to approve the minutes, and Joe Myers supported the motion; the board approved the minutes with the correction that Kruesch and Mayor Sarah Kile were recorded as excused absences. Gutierrez then moved, with Myers supporting, to approve warrants dated 10/1–10/6/2025 for $8,335.00; 10/7–10/20/2025 for $897.77; and 10/21–10/31/2025 for $9,412.20. The motions passed with "all ayes" recorded.
The warrant approvals cover routine operating expenses for the month of October and were recorded without further discussion. The meeting record lists Kimberly Hines, Nancy Bodnar and Deputy Clerk Carrie Will among the public attendees. The board adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
