Bastrop Independent School District trustees participated in their annual team-building training during a special-called meeting on March 30, 2026, at the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts. President Ashley Mutschink opened the session at 6:30 p.m., and the training was led by Dr. Eddie Coulson, a consultant with N2 Learning.

Trustee Carol A. Armstrong was absent due to a city/county emergency and will complete the required team-building training at a later date to remain in compliance with training requirements.
