The Salary Board also created an Assistant Chief Clerk classification (35 hours/week at $15.25/hour) and hired Megan Kineston into that role effective Nov. 3, 2025. The board created a salaried Election Director position at $5,000/year and appointed Diana Szuch to that post effective Dec. 5, 2025. Stacey Barnes and the commissioners moved the listed actions; the minutes record unanimous approval. "The motion carried unanimously," the official minutes state.
