Commissioner Patrick F. Kline moved approval of the purchase; Commissioner Robert J. Snyder seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The written minutes record the full costs and vendors. Diana Szuch, chief clerk, filed the minutes. "The motion carried unanimously," the record states.
