Pablo Solorio moved to approve the plan and Steven Wentrcek seconded; the motion passed 7-0.
The public hearing included a slideshow presentation of goals and focus areas; no stakeholder feedback was received during the hearing. The approval formally adopts the presented strategies so staff can proceed with implementation and grant-seeking aligned to the LASO opportunities. The board did not record any budget amendments associated with adoption during the consent or action items portion of the meeting.
