The board approved Resolution No. 22-25-26 concerning estimated Education Protection Account (EPA) expenditures for FY 26–27 and also approved the FY 26–27 consolidated-application (con-app) spring release packet. Staff said the EPA resolution follows the district’s standard template and that the consolidated application included cover reports and spring-application materials arranged for the board’s review.
The chair called for a motion and the approvals passed on the record. Staff explained the consolidated application is presented in draft and will be finalized as required; no substantive changes to the EPA template were reported.
Both actions are procedural steps necessary for the district’s state and federal reporting and grant compliance; staff will continue to finalize details and ensure public access to the relevant attachments.
