During routine business on Nov. 18, the Archer City ISD Board of Trustees approved several consent items. Mike Gilmore moved to approve the minutes of the Oct. 28, 2024 regular meeting; Josh Winter seconded and the motion carried. The board also approved a presented student transfer after a motion by Jacie Ferguson and a second from Josh Winter.
Later in the meeting, Trustee Jacie Ferguson moved to approve the financial report and pay the bills; Trustee Tommy Keeter seconded and the motion passed with all voting in favor. These items were recorded as unanimous votes in the minutes; the meeting packet and supporting documents are not printed in the minutes.
