River Ridge CDD adopts amended fiscal year 2024/2025 budget

District Manager Chuck Adams told the board that "the Fiscal Year 2025 budget in the agenda is not correct," and staff made scrivener corrections before the public hearing. The hearing drew no public speakers or emailed comments, and on a motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Robert Twombly, the board adopted the budget as amended, authorizing annual appropriations and budget amendments for the period Oct. 1, 2024–Sept. 30, 2025.
The revisions included a corrected description for street sweeping work that Mr. Blumenthal identified. Board members did not record further public objections during the hearing. The board's action allows district management to proceed with the adopted spending plan and to make budget amendments as authorized by the resolution.
