The Bastrop ISD Board of Trustees approved a consent agenda on May 12 that included approval of the April 21 regular meeting minutes and the April 28 special called budget workshop minutes; multiple procurement awards (HVAC contracted services, maintenance/facilities supplies, plumbing and gas line supplies, program support goods and services, and the Bastrop ISD Memorial Track Resurface Project); General Fund budget amendments; tax refunds; adoption of a resolution regarding the investment program and designation of investment officers and trainers; a personal service contract for Katie Fehlker as principal of Red Rock Elementary; and the term and probationary teacher contracts recommended by administration.
Trustee Dr. Matthew Mix moved the motion to approve the consent items and Trustee Priscilla Ruiz seconded. The board voted by a show of hands and the motion "MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY" was recorded in the minutes. No items were pulled for separate discussion and no dissenting votes were recorded.
