Judge Benton Eskew administered oaths earlier in the meeting to newly seated trustees, and the minutes note the reorganization motion passed without opposition: "MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY." The board did not record any additional conditions or amendments to the leadership slate.
The newly elected officers will carry out standard duties for the coming year, including presiding over meetings and official communications. The board adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
