Parking Authority approves IT services agreement with CWO at $1,200/month

On July 8 the Fort Lee Parking Authority adopted Resolution 2025-41 approving an IT services agreement with CWO to support the Authority’s workstations, servers, security cameras, network switches and cloud-based email. The resolution sets a monthly fee of $1,200.00 and allows for a term up to 24 months or until total payments reach $44,000 per year, with an option for two one-year renewals by mutual consent.
The motion was made by Michael Raskin, seconded by Patricia Rumi, and approved unanimously. The resolution delegates authority to the Executive Director to execute the agreement and any permitted renewals, subject to counsel review and certification of funds.
