Big Spring ISD designates administrators, approves $20,000 Prosperity Bank credit account

The resolution names Jay McWilliams (Superintendent), Melissa Tarbet (Director of Business Services) and Susan Bryan (Chief Financial Officer) as administrators authorized to add or remove individual cards and to request account changes with Prosperity Bank. Julie Harris moved to approve the resolution; Bert Otto seconded and the motion carried, recorded as 6-0.
District minutes record the resolution's authority language and state that administrators will be the only persons with whom the Prosperity Bank credit card department will communicate. The board directed the district to file the resolution in its official records.
