Beckville ISD reports B (89) on 2025 School FIRST financial accountability rating

Beckville ISD trustees heard the district's 2025 School FIRST financial report at the Aug. 11 meeting. Board member Clayton McGuire reported, "We have a B (89)!" He noted the rating was still under review and that he expected further discussion in November.
Superintendent Devin Tate presented the document and briefly outlined differences in this year's report format; the board did not take action on the rating during the meeting beyond acknowledging the initial result.
