"The justification for this purchase was to present Microsoft Office 2024 Long Term Support at the one-time cost of $13,444.27 this will serve as a vehicle to serve the public at the library," Cooper said during the presentation. Councilors recorded no major concerns and approved the purchase on a unanimous roll-call vote.
The city did not specify warranty terms or delivery schedule in the public record; staff follow-up will cover procurement specifics and deployment timing.
