Salary Board accepts resignations, creates new positions and appoints Diana Szuch as Election Director

During the Salary Board portion of the Nov. 5 meeting, members accepted resignations from Danielle Oswald (CYS Fiscal Tech, effective Oct. 30, 2025), Dakota Gerst (Election Director/Payroll Clerk, effective Oct. 22, 2025) and Denise Saxton (Tax Claim Director, effective Dec. 31, 2025). The Board approved hiring Jarrette Kahle as a part-time Transportation driver at $10.70/hour effective Nov. 3 and Jennifer Miller as CYS Fiscal Technician at $18/hour effective Nov. 10.
The Salary Board created a 35-hour/week Assistant Chief Clerk position at $15.25/hour (removing the Elections Director/Payroll Clerk title) and hired Megan Kineston for that role effective Nov. 3. Separately, the board created a salaried Election Director position at $5,000/year and appointed Diana Szuch to that post effective Dec. 5, 2025. All motions were recorded as carried unanimously.
