The board approved a contract with Election Systems & Software, LLC for 2026 primary and general election support and training at $19,550.00. It also approved evergreen service contracts including Swanson, Bevevino and Sharp, P.C. ($100/hour) for solicitor services and Computer Guru ($50/hour) for IT services, as well as winter-maintenance service rates with local providers.
The board also approved a quote from Luton’s Plumbing to provide and install one Armstrong AP1 pump, bearing assembly, pump coupler and tekmar controller at a cost of $6,945.00. Individual agreements were authorized for Cody Magill ($350/month for coroner data entry) and Kelly Gilligan ($40/hour for CYS consultation). All motions carried unanimously.
