Eric Davis moved to accept "the proposed total GMP and soft costs price for the Barbers Hill ISD Higher Education Center - Main Building Package using Construction Manager at Risk project delivery." The motion, seconded by Fred Skinner, passed on a recorded 7–0 vote.
