Lyndon Station board approves amended Davy Engineering agreement for WWTP project, contingent on RD approval

On Feb. 19, 2026, the Village of Lyndon Station Board voted to approve an amended engineering agreement with Davy Engineering for the village wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project. Trustee Rebecca Coley moved to approve the amended agreement "contingent on RD Approval," and Trustee Morgan Place seconded. The board carried the motion unanimously.
Tim Stockman of Davy Engineering provided an overview of the changes needed to the agreement during the special meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present were President Darnell; Trustee Rebecca Coley; Trustee Morgan Place; Village Clerk Michelle L. Klein; and public works staff Gene Churchill and Steve Klicko. The amendment was described in general terms by Stockman as necessary to reflect recent project adjustments and to align the contract with required approvals.
The board specified that final execution of the amended agreement is contingent on "RD Approval," as stated in the motion. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.; the minutes were signed by Village Clerk Michelle L. Klein and will serve as the record of the board's action.
