Renovations complete at Bosqueville Middle School and Band Hall; district posts School FIRST 100 (A) and notes 180‑unit affordable housing project

During the Aug. 12 meeting Superintendent James Skeeler and WRA reported that renovations to the Bosqueville Middle School and Band Hall have been completed; the board toured the finished spaces and work continues on the exterior wall of the Middle School.
Skeeler also presented the district's 2023–24 School FIRST rating: "Bosqueville ISD received a rating of 100 (A)." He reported notice of an affordable rental housing development planned near the Waco Regional Airport consisting of a 180‑unit apartment complex. Mr. Skeeler said baseball/softball field upgrades will begin at the end of August.
