Business Manager Shannon Trenfield presented the district financial reports, reviewing account balances (Happy State Bank), general fund revenues, special education expenditures, capital projects spending, tax collections and the quarterly investment report (TexSTAR). Trustees received the financial overview and had the opportunity to ask clarifying questions.
The Board was also informed of personnel recommendations for employment: Lauryn Ammerman, Lindsey Fangman and Amy Villasenor. These recommendations were listed for trustees' awareness; the minutes record notification but do not record separate roll-call employment votes.
