Fort Lee Parking Authority certifies 2024 audit, will file group affidavit

The Fort Lee Parking Authority on Aug. 12 unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-44 certifying that each member of the governing body has personally reviewed the annual audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024 and specifically the "General Comments and Recommendations" section, and directing the Secretary to submit a group affidavit to the New Jersey Local Finance Board.
Executive Director Hernani Goncalves discussed the resolution, which cites N.J.S.A. 40A:5A-15 and N.J.S.A. 40A:5A-17 as the statutory requirements for audit review and certification. Commissioner Marc Macri moved the resolution; Commissioner Richard Radoian seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
