The Fort Lee Parking Authority on June 3 authorized a one-year service agreement with Atlantic Detroit Diesel-Allison of Lodi, New Jersey, to service the emergency generator at the Guntzer Garage for $7,482.00 per year. The action came via Resolution 2025-32 and was described in the meeting packet and by Executive Director Hernani Goncalves.
The motion was made by Commissioner J. Richard Radoian and seconded by Commissioner Michael Raskin; the resolution was approved unanimously. The contract is subject to review by general counsel and certification that funds are available.
